Every OpsEdge template is built in Microsoft Excel. You will get the best experience in Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, including Microsoft 365. Many templates also work in Google Sheets, and each listing states Sheets compatibility. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Sheets. Some formatting may display slightly differently. The files are standard .xlsx workbooks. No macros, no add-ins, no subscriptions.
Etsy purchases are instant downloads. After checkout, go to Your Account, then Purchases and Reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy emails you a download link. One thing to know: Etsy does not deliver digital files through its mobile app, so open etsy.com in a browser on your phone or computer to download. Bought on Gumroad? Your download link is in your email receipt, and you can re-download anytime from your Gumroad library.
Each workbook has one Master tab that acts as the single source of truth. Enter and edit your data there. The category tabs and the Dashboard update themselves, they are linked views, so you never enter anything twice. A few tabs and helper columns are locked or hidden on purpose. That is the plumbing that keeps the dashboard math intact. If you want to customize beyond the editable areas, go ahead, just save a copy of the original first.
Digital files cannot be returned, so all sales are final, which is standard for instant downloads. But if a file will not open, a formula is broken, or something does not work the way the listing describes, message me and I will make it right with a fix or a replacement. The fastest way to reach me about an Etsy order is Etsy Messages, since it keeps everything attached to your order. For anything else, email works.
